Driver’s Licence / Skipper’s licence: The portuguese authorities demand, at least, the B driver’s licence. Foreign equivalent driver’s licence are accepted. Along the coast, BR/BK or license for sport boats are enough. For distant routes you must bear a C Licence. Besides, a second member of the crew must have a permit to be a substitute skipper, have a nautical miles certificate or an A licence. |
